HISTORY

In the year 1971 the company was formed and in the year 1983 it was taken over by Sipani Group who were pioneers in the world of woven fabrics, with rich experience and with the best leaders the company was modernized in the year 1987 and converted its flat looms to circular looms with high production capacity, by the year 1991 the company was debt free and was financially stabilized.

Year 1991 to 1999 - The company had a greater demand for the products, after in-house production capacity it had to outsource the job to 15 other smaller companies. The increased demand of 50% a year by the large scale companies the whole strategy of business changed in the year 1999 to 2002 form a bag marketing company to a fabric marketing company where the company targeted at small scale entrepreneurs who converted the bags to fabric and supplied to smaller markets which are called open markets.

With rich experience of over 30 years in plastic field, in meeting the demands of the packaging Segments. We cater to the needs of manufacturing industries like Fertilizers, Chemicals, Super Phosphates, Papers, Sugar Factories etc. for their packaging needs.

TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT

Year 2002 to 2005 - The company again changed its strategy from outsourcing its job to 15 other companies  to In-house production by installed a large production capacity consisting of 3 tape plants, 2 lam plants, 120 looms and (unit 1) stitching yarn machine.

Year 2005 to 2008 - It installed a larger capacity factory with 4 tape plants, 2 lam plants, 260 looms (unit 2).

Year 2008 to 2010- expansion is in progress at Maddur Factory with 6 tape plants,400 looms,3 lam plants.
