ANNUAL MOU SCHEME FOR FABRIC 2009-10
Preamble:
We appreciate and welcome the partnership and support of our customers in our business during 2008-09 and have pleasure in announcing the MOU Scheme for the year 2008-09.
1. MOU Scheme 2009-10.
The scheme will be applicable to all the actual users of KPL.
Customers to register an Annual MOU quantity once in a year, as per the specified format (Annexure A).
Minimum Off-take during any quarter should be 21%.The scheme will be applicable for the following quarters,
April to June 2009
July to sept 2009
Oct to dec 2009
Jan to mar 2010
2. MOU Discount.
The discount will consist of two parts viz.quarterly discount and annual discount.
2A Quarterly Discount @ Rs.350/MT
2.1 The discount will be applicable if the customer’s minimum off take is 21% of the MOU Quantity in a given quarter.
2.2 Upper ceiling for the monthly quantity eligible for quarterly MOU is restricted to 15% of the MOU Quantity.
2.3 The discount will be applicable if the minimum lifting per month is 6% of the MOU Quantity.
2.4 All the customers are informed that a concession in lifting of the quantity to the tune of 4% in any one month of each quarter on a condition that they should complete 21% at the end of each quarter.
2.5 MOU becomes inactive after first instance of quarterly default.
2B Annual Discount @ Rs.250/MT
2.1 The annual discount will be applicable to all the customers who enter into MOU.
2.2 The discount will be applicable if the customer has successfully completed all the applicable MOU’s (i.e. minimum of 21% in each quarter) and annual actual lifting is greater or equal to MOU quantity.
2.3 The Annual discount will be applicable on the annual lifting to the extent of 125% of MOU quantity.
2C MOU GROWTH BONUS: Rs.100/MT and Rs.250/MT.
2.1 If a customer signs MOU for 2009-10 for 10% extra of total quantity lifting during 2008-09, Rs.100/-per MT will be given.
2.2 In the same way, if a customer signs MOU for 2009-10 for 25% extra of total quantity lifting during 2008-09, Rs.250/-per MT will be given.
2.3 In case, during 2008-09, if the customer has not lifted the quantity for all continuous 12 months, his total quantity will be arrived after making average of Monthly quantity multiplied by 12months.
2D MOU QUANTITY BONUS-Rs.150/-discount per MT
2.1 If a customer signs MOU for a minimum quantity of 120 Ton per annum, he is eligible for an extra discount of Rs.150/-per MT.
